Collection: Plans & Sample Pictures

While the plans are still being tweaked, the current engineered plan has 46 oversized RV sites, 12 glamping sites, and 10 primitive camping sites. There will also be a dog park area, playground, farm animals, a water feature (whether that be a swimming pool or swimming pond), and a butterfly garden. All plans have been developed around the natural environment, trees and hills. Campsite pads and roads will be a stabilized surface, such as natural stone, and glamping sites will be built upon decking or natural surfaces where allowable. Everything has been built around the natural contour and trees onsite. *These are not final plans, but last set I have to share. We have halted further plans until approval.
